Expression of Interest are invited for Service Provider for Capacity Building of the Newly Registered Producer Organizations (POs) and Support to the Existing Producer Organizations-Regional #2. The objectives of the assignment are (1) to develop a methodology for assisting existing and newly formed POs to reach the Graduated PO status that will qualify them to receive financial assistance under Component 1 of ASPIRE-AT, and (2) to apply, demonstrate, improve, and document the methodology used in in Region 2 which consists of 7 provinces: Kampung Chhnang, Pursat, Battambang, Pailin, Banteay Meanchey, Oddar Meanchey and Siem Reap Province.
