La Clinique Doit Être Transformée En Un « Centre De Santé Intégré », Cest-À-Dire Que Les Activités Dun Hôpital De Soins Aigus Doivent Être Combinées Avec Celles Des Soins De Santé Ambulatoires (Prévention De La Santé Primaire, Secondaire Et Tertiaire, Ainsi Que Promotion De La Santé) Afin De Passer Dun Hôpital À Un Centre De Santé Régional, La Clinique A Besoin Despace Supplémentaire Pour Les Soins De Base Et Durgence, La Prévention Et La Coordination Des Soins De Santé , As Well As The Functions Of Necessary Back Office. The Emergency, Operating Room Sectors With Storage Space, Sterilization And The Clinics Pharmacy Must Be Enlarged And Adapted To Current Requirements.
