Public Transport Services By Railways - Selection Of A Carrier For Concluding A Public Service Contract In The Transport Of Passengers By Rail On Selected Lines By Large -Capacity Electric Units. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Performance Of Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers In Public Railway Passenger Transport In Order To Ensure Transport Services, Especially In The Central Bohemian Region And The City Of Prague, In Accordance With Act No. 129/2000 Coll. Later Regulations, Act No. 131/2000 Coll., On The City Of Prague, As Amended, And § 2 Of The Act No. 194/2010 Coll., On Public Services In Passenger Transport And On Amendments To Other Acts, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Zvs”). The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Be Fulfilled On The Basis Of Contracts Concluded By Individual Contracting Authorities With A Supplier Who Submits The Most Economically Advantageous Offer. The Contracts Will Be Concluded As A So -Called Gross Contract, Where The Opportunities And Risks Associated With The Time Development Of The Amount Of Revenues Will Be Fully Carried By The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract Is Specified In Detail In Binding Proposals Of Contracts (Annex 4 Of The Offer Documentation Procedure). The Public Contract Is Awarded In The Bidding Procedure In Accordance With § 10 Et Seq. Zvs And With Regulation (Ec) No 1370/2007 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 23 October 2007 On Public Services In Passenger Transport And The Annulment Of The Council Regulation (Eec) No 1191/69 And No. 1107/70, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Regulation”).
