The Water Supply Network Should Be Designed Below The Zone Of Freezing Soil. 3) The Contractor Will Develop And Deliver As Part Of This Orders Design Documentation Containing The Following Elements: A) 4 Copies Of Construction Documentation Developed In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of April 25, 2012. On The Detailed Scope And Form Of A Construction Project (Journal Of Laws Of 2012, Item 462 Of Changes), The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Standards, Including, Among Others: A Set Of Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Checking Of Design Solutions With Relevant Institutions And At The Coordination Meeting, Current List Of Owners Of Plots Covered By The Project - With Current Addresses, Designer Information On Safety Requirements And Health Protection, B) Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works Described In Detail In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 2.09.2004. On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Well As A Functional And Functional Program (Journal Of Laws 2013.1129) For Use On Delivery Of Construction Works.
