Public E-Services For The Inhabitants Of The City Of Kętrzyn Include, In Particular: 1) Conducting Pre-Transmission Analysis; 2) Developing And Implementing A System Including: A) Providing The Necessary Software With Documentation; B) Implementation Of The Ebok System; C) Conducting Tests; D) Implementation Of E-Services; E) Providing And Implementing A Telemetry Supervision System; F) Delivery And Assembly Of Telemetry Devices In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party (In The City Of Kętrzyn And Selected Locations Of The Kętrzyn Commune); G) Integration Of The Ordered System With Systems Functioning At The Employer. 3) Delivery Of Computer Equipment; 4) Ensuring Consultation And Training For Administrators, 5) Providing Technical Assistance Service As Part Of The Guarantee Of The Quality Of Performance Of The Contract. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz -Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In Annex 10 -Designed The Provisions Of The Contract. 3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor, Who Cites Equivalent Solutions To Those Described By The Ordering Party, Shows (In Particular By Means Of The Means Of Evidence Referred To In Article 104-107 Of The Pzp Act) That The Deliveries/Services He Offers Meet Requirements Specified By The Employer. Documents Submitted By The Contractor To Demonstrate The Equivalence Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Be Placed Together With The Offer And Will Not Be Supplemented. In This Case, The Contractor Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions According To Its Description Or Standards. 4. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Pzp Act Requires Employment In The Implementation Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, If The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 §1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code, I.E. Implementation Of The It System, Except For Cases Where There Are No Premises Under Art. 22 §1 Of The Labor Code And The Performance Of Work Will Not Be Based On The Relationship Between Work, But Provided On The Basis Of The So -Called Self -Employment, Taking Into Account The Direct Disposal, Then The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Contracting Authority About This Fact Together With An Indication Of Subcontracting. The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of The Persons Referred To Above And The Rights Of The Employer In The Scope Of Controlling The Contractor Complied With The Requirements Referred To Above And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Were Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract No. 10 To Swz. 3
