The Contract Is Intended To Commence On 1St April 2025 For An Initial Period Of Three Years With Options To Extend For Up To Four Further Years At The Discretion Of Whiteinch & Scotstoun Housing Association. The Scope Of Works Will Include For Monthly Service Visits To Each Of The Passenger Lifts And All Routine Maintenance To The Lifts Including A Breakdown/Emergency Call Out Service Covering 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week For All Units. The Scope Of Works Will Also Cover A Number Of The Potential Common Minor Repairs Which May Be Required During The Term Of The Contract.
