The Competition Applies To The Framework Agreement On The Delivery Of All Categories Of Furniture Within - No. 1 Office And School Furniture - No. 2 Kindergarten Furniture - No. 3 Institutional Furniture One Purpose Of The Agreement Is To Stimulate Increased Use Of Used Furniture. Both Through Internal Reuse, Renovation, Repair And Rebuilding. The Municipality Wants An Agreement Where The Supplier Can Contribute To This, As Well As Facilitate The Purchase And Sale Of Used Furniture. It Is Possible To Offer One Or More Product Groups. Partial Offers Must Not Depend On Each Other. They Cannot Provide Partial Products Within The Individual Product Group. A Framework Agreement For The Remaining Three Commodity Groups Is Entered Into. The Duration Of The Agreement Is 2 Years. The Client Has An Unilateral Option To Extend The Agreement With The Same Preconditions For One Year Of Time For Up To 2 Years. In Total, The Agreement Could Apply To Up To 4 Years.
