General Procurement Notice for Goods and Work for Institutional Support Project for Statistics & Public Expenditure Management (ISPSPEM). The project will be structured around three components to support the Governments efforts in addressing these challenges; namely: (i) Strengthening institutional capacity for provision of quality and timely statistics; (ii) Strengthening capacity for public expenditure management; and (iii) Project management. Procurement of goods and services will be carried out in line with the approved procurement plan. 3. The project includes the following components: A. Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Provision of Quality and Timely Statistics: (i) Peer learning and experience sharing Program including on Sampling and Weighting Stats SA; (ii) Workshop on STATA; (iii) STATA8 Software License and Hand Outs; (iv) Audit of the NBS- review structure; (v) Improving NBS Website; and (vi) ICT equipment. B. Support implementing and rolling-out an integrated financial management information system (IFMIS): (i) TA for a resident advisor on the implementation of IFMIS through its various stages; (ii) Experience sharing and peer learning program for the Core Government IFMIS Team on the IFMIS implementation; and (iii) Awareness workshop on how to successfully implement an IFMIS through its various stages C. Conduct Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA) Assessment: (i) TA to support PEFA Assessment; and (ii) Dissemination Workshop for PEFA Report. D.
