Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Develop an Advocacy Training Module and Curriculum for HFHCs Staff. The expected deliverables include the following: A detailed training curriculum (including objectives, modules, and time allocation). Training materials (PowerPoints, handouts, reading materials). A trainers facilitation guide Pre- and post-training assessment tools to measure learning outcomes Conduct of a three-day training of trainers program A final report with recommendations for improvement of the ToT module The assignment will begin on 17 March 2025, and the training will be conducted within three days in April 2025. The consultant should provide a detailed work plan that includes all deliverables, the schedule for their completion, and professional team members for this assignment. Note: All deliverables must be submitted in English and comply with HFHI-Cambodia s communication guide. Training Delivery Period:17 March to 30th April 2025 Required Qualifications Consultants interested in delivering the Advocacy Training of Trainers program should possess the following skills and experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in advocacy strategy development, program strategy development, and training. Relevant experience in working with governments and international organizations on consultancy assignments. Demonstrated expertise in housing policy, advocacy, and human rights. Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs on social justice issues. Familiarity with adult learning methodologies and participatory training approaches. Strong facilitation, curriculum design, and communication skills. Ability to tailor training content to diverse participant backgrounds and learning styles. Experience working with multicultural and multidisciplinary groups. Knowledge of international housing rights frameworks and best practices in housing advocacy. Excellent written and verbal language skills in both English and Khmer. Local experiences in Cambodia and knowledge of Cambodian culture.
