5.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Catching, Receiving, Storing And Taking Care Of Homeless Animals From The Opoczno Commune Consisting In: 1) Admission To The Shelter Currently Being Maintained By The Opoczno Commune Of Homeless Animals, In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; 2 ) Catching, Transporting A Vehicle Adapted For The Transport Of Animals And Admission To The Shelter Of Caught Shelters Homeless Animals From The Opoczno Commune During The Duration Of The Contract; 3) Ensuring Proper Care And Protection Of Animals Staying In The Shelter, In Particular To Ensure Food According To The Standards Specified By The Veterinarian, 4) Ensuring Veterinary Care Over Homeless Animals From The Opoczno Commune, Including Treatment Of Sick Animals, Purchase Of Drugs; 5) Conducting Adoption Activities In Relation To Animals From The Opoczno Commune, By Looking For The Right People Willing To Accept Animals And Put Them For Adoption By Concluding An Adoption Contract On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority, 6) Keeping The List And Animal Records, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Relevant Provisions And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract , 7) Purchase Of Chips, Chipping Animals Admitted To The Shelter And Registering Chipped Animals In Database, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 5.2. The Detailed Scope And Manner Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 1 To Swz.
