The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service In Catching Homeless Animals From The Wartkowice Commune And Providing Them With Care And Place In A Homeless Animal Shelter Consisting In Particular In: 1.1. Takes Over The Care Of Homeless Animals Currently Kept In A Shelter For Homeless Animals Of Psia Ostoja, Pieczyska, Ul. Szkolna 14, 98 - 400 Wieruszów, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract - On Behalf Of And To The Wartkowice Commune (As Of January 31, 2025, The Quantitative State Of Homeless Animals In 39 Pieces) - Does Not Apply If As A Result Of The Carried Out The Tender Procedure Will Be Selected An Entity Providing The Service In The Current Period, 1.2. Catching And Transporting Homeless Animals From The Wartkowice Commune To The Place Of Their Stay, I.E. Shelter For Homeless Animals Using Devices And Means That Do Not Cause A Threat To The Life And Health Of Animals, Or Do Not Suffer Them, In Addition, They Do Not Pose A Threat To Safety And Order Public, While Taking The Action Of Catching The Animal Should Take Place Within 4 Hours Of Receiving A Telephone Application From The Employer, While In The Event Of A Threat To The Life Or Health Of The Inhabitants Before Animal Attacks In The Shortest Possible Time Not Exceeding 2 Hours From The Moment Of Notification. For An Animal Reported By Unauthorized Persons And Delivered Contractors Without The Consent Of The Contracting Authority, The Contracting Authority Does Not Bear The Costs Associated With The Service, 1.3. Providing Care For Homeless Animals From The Wartkowice Commune Located In A Shelter For Homeless Animals Through: 1.3.1. Providing The Right Rooms For Animals That Will Stay There, 1.3.2. Ensuring The Right Conditions For Their Existence, 1.3.3. Providing Animals With Food And Water According To Applicable Standards, 1.3.4. Providing Animals With Necessary Veterinary Care In This Fifteen -Day Quarantine, Compulsory Vaccinations, Treatment, Deworming, Repressing, 1.3.5. Sterilization And Castration Of Homeless Animals From The Wartkowice Commune, While Maintaining The Provisions Of The Act Of 21 August 1997 On Animal Protection (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580, As Amended), 1.3.6. The Sleeping Of Blind Litters Of Animals Staying And Arriving At The Shelter In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect, 1.3.7. Submission Of Homeless Animals Euthanasia With The Provisions Of The Act Of 21 August 1997 On Animal Protection (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580, As Amended), 1.3.8. Marking Of Animals With A Microchip And Entering A Number Into The Database. 2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Maintain The Entrepreneur Insurance In The Entire Period Of The Implementation Of The Service For Business Activity Related To The Subject Of The Contract For At Least Pln 300,000 (In Words: Three Hundred Thousand Zlotys). 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conclude Before Signing The Contract And Maintain In The Entire Period Of The Service For
