Request for proposals for External Auditor for Audit Reviews fy24 Financial Statements Objectives & Scope of Audit The objective of the audit is for auditors to conduct audit reviews of FY24 financial statements as follows: Express an independent opinion on whether the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, in accordance with International Standards and best practices in Cambodia Conduct the audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA 805) and Cambodian International Standards on Auditing (CISAs) Review compliance with LED donor requirements and agreement terms Provide a management letter with recommendations for improvement Deliverables Annual audit report for FY24 in both English and Khmer Management letter with recommendations Completed audit questionnaire (template will be provided) Presentation of findings in a closing meeting Time Schedule & Report Audit Commencement: ASAPP Final Report Submission: No later than March 31, 2025 Tender Link : https://www.bongthom.com/job_list.html?category_id=55&order_by=start_date&order_dir=desc
