Expression of Interest for Invest in the Municipal Owned Land under a Joint Venture Arrangement. Interested and potential investors are required to submit the following: i) A company profile detailing experience and evidence of implantation of at least five similar projects in Sub-Saharan countries. ii) Technical and financial capability statements iii) Development concepts of the proposed facility with detailed financing costs and land utilization plan iv) Feasibility study of the proposed projects. v) Detailed operational plan for the proposed facility. vi) Concession time and amounts to be paid to the Kinondoni Municipal Council for the land lease and revenue sharing. vii) Financial ability and arrangement to finance the project. Interested investors should not have any conflict of interest or potential legal barriers related to the potential investment with the Kinondoni Municipal Council. The Kinondoni Municipal Council reserves the right to accept or reject submissions. The Kinondoni Municipal Council shall not have any liability to the affected submission in case of rejection of the application and may terminate expression of interest process at any time or stage prior to shortlisting and awarding of the same. Any request for further clarification with regard to this expression of interest shall be addressed to the undersigned not less than fourteen (14) days before the deadline for submission. The Kinondoni Municipal Council shall respond to the clarification enquiries received within three (03) working days from the date it was received.
