Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Specialist Planning Services (Technical Equipment, Plant Groups 4 And 5) For Fire Protection Renovation Clinic Rastatt. This Award Procedure Is Intended To Procure Planning Services For The Fire Protection Renovation Of The Rastatt Clinic. In Detail, The Planning Services Based On The Hoai Should Be Commissioned From The Following Performance Profile: - Services From The Performance View Of Technical Equipment, Plant Groups 4 And 5 In Accordance With §§ 53 Ff. Hoai I.V.M. Appendix 15 Hoai The Clinic Is Currently In Total In Total 46 Cluster To Be Renovated. Three Of The 46 Clusters Have Already Been Renovated. Another Services Are Carried Out As Early Measures. The Renovation Includes Three Planning Packages: - Object Planning/Sigeko, - Tga System Group 1, 2, 3, 7 And 8 - Tga System Groups 4 And 5 The Planning Packages Are Each Advertised In Separate Award Procedures. The Planning Services Have To Be Taken Into Account The Following Aspects: - Planning Services For The Renovation In The Existing - Planning Services For Renovation In Ongoing Operation, - The Renovation Areas Are Divided According To Clusters According To The Fire Protection Concept. The Planning Services Are Gradually Accessed By The Client (Performance Phase 1 To 3 And 5 To 9 And Special Services, Including Inventory, Creation Of The Application For Funding And The Proof Of Use,). The Client Is Free In His Decision On A Further Order. There Is No Entitlement To Transfer Of Further Services. First, Cluster F And K Is Expected To Be Commissioned. With The Contract, The Client Transfers The Specialist Planning Services (Basic And Special Services) Of The First Stage Of Contract, Which The Basic Services And Special Services Of Performance Rabbit 1 (Basic Determination) As Well As The Service Phase 2 (Preliminary Planning) Of The Aforementioned Performance Profile According To §§ 55 F. Hoai 2021 Comprises. Optionally, The Client Can Then Also Call Up The Basic And Special Services Of The Other Above-Mentioned Performance Phases In Whole Or In Part For The Further Clusters In Whole Or In Part. The Current Frame Schedule (Tnw Appendix 02) And An Overview Matrix Of The Cluster (Tnw Appendix 03) Are Attached To The Tender Documents. The Architectural Contract And The Fire Protection Concept Are Made Available To Bidders As Part Of The Indicative Offer Phase.
