1) Part 1: Granting Shelter Together With Care Services To 11 Homeless People (Women/Men), Which Due To Age, Illness Or Disability Require Partial Care And Help Of Other People In Satisfying The Necessary Life Needs, But Do Not Require Services In The Scope Of Provided By A 24-Hour Care Unit, A Care And Treatment Institution Or A Care And Care Facility, Or Which Have The Decision To Refer To A Social Welfare Home And Expect To Place In A Social Welfare Home-With The Possibility Of Eating One Hot Meal A Day Or In Particularly Justified Cases-All Daytime And All Day Providing Services Aimed At Strengthening Social Activity, If Possible, Exit From Homelessness And Obtaining Life Independence (Shelter With Care Services) The Minimum Scope Of The Order During Its Implementation Is: 1,530 Dwarfs;
