The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Public Services In The Field Of Railway Regional (Provincial) And Agglomeration Passenger Transport In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship In The Years 2026 - 2030, Taking Into Account The Conditions Set Out In These Proceedings And All Attachments, In Particular In The Contract Template. 1. In The Scope Of The Provision Of Public Services, The Following Tasks Will Be Carried Out: 1) The Provision Of Public Services In The Field Of Voivodship Rail Passenger Transport, Hereinafter Referred To As The Podkarpackie Regional Rail Train Timetable Constituting Annex 2A To The Draft Contract; 2) The Provision Of Public Services In The Field Of Agglomeration Railway Passenger Transport, Hereinafter Referred To As The Podkarpackie Agglomeration Railway Or The Abbreviation Of Pka On The Railway Lines Specified In Annex 1B And In Accordance With The Train Timetable Constituting Annex 2B To The Draft Contract; 3) Providing Services In The Field Of Management Of The Railway Vehicle Maintenance System And Maintenance And Repair Activities Of Vehicles Owned By The Podkarpackie Voivodeship Transferred Together With The Pka Technical Facilities For Use By The Contractor To Service Trains In Tasks Included In Points 1 And 2 Above. 2. A Detailed Description And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Conclude The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Transport On The Terms Specified In The Draft Contract, And In Particular By: 1) Submitting The Applications Agreed With The Employer To Assign Trains To The Railway Infrastructure Manager In Accordance With The Deadlines Specified In The Network Regulations; 2) Providing Access To Railway Infrastructure, Including Railway Stations And Stops; 3) Ensuring Information On The Conditions And Rules Of Transport, The Amount Of Ride (Tariff) Fees; 4) Public Timetable; 5) Organizing The Sale Of Tickets For The Transport - Appropriate Distribution Channels; 6) Ensuring The Quality Of The Transport Provided, Meeting Appropriate Standards; 7) Ensuring Appropriate Trains For The Needs; 8) Use For This Purpose Made Available By The Employer Rail Vehicles And Technical Facilities To Maintain Them. 4. For The Purposes Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Employer Shall Provide The Contractors With Rail Vehicles, Which Are The Ownership Of The Ordering Party And At The Same Time, For The Time Of Providing Available All Vehicles (Eu) 2019/779 Of 16 May 2019. 5. The List And Technical And Utility Parameters Of The Rolling Stock Include Annexes 11A And 11B To The Draft Contract. 6. The Contractor Will Be
