The Subject Of The Order Is A Service In The Field Of Care For Homeless Animals From The Kamieńsk Commune, Including Catching, Transport, Maintenance And Care Of These Animals In A Shelter For Homeless Animals. The Thin -Headed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specifies The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 5 To Swz. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Activities Make Up The Subject Of The Contract And Related To The Performance Of This Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Activities In The Field Of Catching Homeless Animals As Well As Activities In The Field Of Care For Homeless Animals In The Shelter Were Performed By Persons Employed Under A Contract Of Employment Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code. Persons Listed In The First Sentence Cannot Perform Any Actions Without Employment Under An Employment Relationship With The Contractor, Subcontractors Of Services. The Contractor, Subcontractors And Further Subcontractors Will Include In The Contracts Concluded In Connection With The Performance Of This Contract, Labor Costs, The Value Of Which May Not Be Lower Than The Minimum Remuneration For Work Determined Pursuant To Art. 2 Para. 3-5 Of The Act Of October 10, 2002, Minimum Remuneration For Work. Provisions Regarding The Method Of Documenting Employment And Control Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor Compliance With Employment Requirements Under An Employment Contract And Provisions Regarding Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Requirements Specified In Art. 95 Para. 1 Pzp, Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Contract Template). The Above Requirements Specify: 1) The Request Of Statements And Documents Regarding Confirmation Of Compliance With The Abovementioned Requirements And Assessment; 2) A Request For Clarification In Case Of Doubt In The Scope Of Confirmation Of Compliance With The Abovementioned Requirements, 3) Conducting Inspections At The Place Of Performance Of The Benefit. Under The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts: Orders Is Not Divided Into Parts For Organizational Reasons.
