Tenders are invited for Social Protection and Gender-Based Violence Trainer for the Kahane Project - Phase 4. Location: Jordan Duration: 4 days (depending on the trainers needs and other considerations) Expected Start of Assignment: First week of April 2025 (negotiable) Deliverables and Timeline: The project is expected to be completed by February 21, 2025, with regular milestones and progress updates provided throughout the duration. The required deliverables include: - A comprehensive business development and strategic planning training curriculum. - Training materials (to be printed by ActionAid Arab Region). - Interactive elements such as quizzes, discussions, and case studies. - Pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate participant knowledge and skills before and after the training sessions. Budget: The total estimate for the required tasks is 1000 JOD (including taxes and any other applicable taxes), paid after receiving the deliverables. 6. Submission of Proposal Qualifications: 1. Relevant Experience: - Proven experience as a business development and strategic planning trainer, with a strong track record of developing impactful training materials. - Prior experience working on e-learning platforms and familiarity with video production in a studio environment. 2. Educational Qualifications: - A degree or equivalent qualification in a field related to gender studies, human rights, social work, or a related discipline is preferred. 3. Understanding of GBV Issues: - In-depth knowledge and understanding of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) issues, gender equality, and related topics.
