Tenders are invited for Constructed 4 Workshops and Warehouses with Installed and Tested Equipment like cranes, a Perimeter fence 3,6 km, and 5 security towers. Bid closing date: February 10, 2025 G.C or 3/5/2017 E.C before 2:30 p.m. Local time Bid opening date: February 10, 2025 G.C or 3/5/2017 E.C before 2:30 p.m. Local time Region: Addis Ababa Bid bond: 100,000.00 Birr Lot 1: Fully constructed 4 workshops and warehouses with installed and tested equipment like cranes. These include Refractory warehouse: construct the facility, including installation and erection of warehouse-required machinery and storage for refractory materials. General Workshop: Construct a general-purpose workshop for routine maintenance, including the necessary equipment for plant maintenance. Machine Shop: Build a specialized workshop for machining operations and installations of machining equipment and safety systems. Vehicle Maintenance Workshop: Construct a workshop for vehicle servicing, including related equipment and safety measures for vehicle maintenance. Lot 2: Perimeter fence 3.6 km and 5 security towers constructed to specifications. 2. The Lemi National Cement will supply the steel structure materials and seek a contractor to construct the above-mentioned works as outlined in the drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to the highest standard. The contractor is responsible for supplying the necessary Labor, materials, and equipment for the construction works of this project except for the steel structures.
