The Supply Of The Material Will Take Place In Accordance With The Contractor Proposed In The Offer By The Contractor (At The Latest Within 5 Days At The Latest), From 7:00 To 14: 00.8. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Supplied Material Meet The Relevant Requirements Of The Standards Competent For The Subject Of The Contract. 9. The Amount Of Material Supplied - According To Needs. 10. In The Event Of Own Failure, The Contractors Duties Include Ensuring The Supply Of Material From Another Source On Conditions At Least Equal Or More Favorable Than Specified In Swz. Additional Reasons: A) Each Demand Will Be Reported In Writing, By Phone Or E-Mail By A Poviat Road Board Employee In Kartuzy. Ordering Deliveries Should Be Implemented At The Latest Within 5 Business Days (According To The Offer) From The Date Of Reporting The Demand. B) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Compliance Certificate Or Approval For The Delivery, Which Will Confirm That The Provided Product Corresponds To Specific Standards.C) In The Event Of Qualitative Defects, The Employer Shall Immediately Submit A Complaint To The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Consider The Complaint Within 3 Days Of Notification. The Complaint Should Be Recognized By Replacing The Defective Product With Free From Defects, At The Contractors Expense, No Longer Than 7 Days From The Date Of The Complaint. The Employer Undertakes To Return The Pallets After Using The Materials. The Deadline For Performance Of The Contract: 175 Days From The Date Of The Contract Or Until The Expected Scope Of The Order Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Of The Conditions Will Be Met First.
