The Areas To Be Over -Planning Are Partly Forest Area, Some Of Which Are Used For Agriculture. The Plan Area Borders On The Kleinottweiler Straße In The South, West And East Are The Respective Industrial Areas, In The North There Are Agricultural Open Spaces. The Plots Have A Total Area Of Approx. 13 Ha, There Is No Space Of Approx. 10 Ha On Newly Created Commercial Space.
