In The Event Of Division Into Parts, The Contractors Would Duplicate The Costs Of, Among Others Hr Costs, Equipment Maintenance, Such As Insurance, Operating Costs Or Fuel Costs, Which Would Adversely Affect The Contracting Authority. To Sum Up, The Contracting Authority Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Fact That Such A Division Would Threaten Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Performing The Contract. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Carrying Out Individual Parts Of The Order Could Seriously Threaten The Proper Performance Of The Order.
