Tenders Are Invited For Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of An Ultrasound And Ophthalmological Laser For The Independent Public Healthcare Institution Medkol In Zielona Góra

Task 1: One Ultrasound Apparatus With Equipment And Assembly1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Factory New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects: 1) Task 1: One Ultrasound Apparatus With Equipment And Assembly, Produced In No Earlier Than In 2024 Together With Its Installation, Starting, Starting, Servicing And Training Of Staff Ordering Party; 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1A And 1B To Swz - A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, As Well As Other Swz Entries, Including: 1) The Contractor Will Provide, Install And Adapt The Equipment To The Needs Of The Ordering Party As Part Of The Delivery, Together With All Necessary For Its Correct The Functioning Of The Software And Training In Its Service Of The Employers Employees. 2) As Part Of The Training, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Knowledge Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Equipment. The Training Will Be Covered By 2-5 Employees Of The Ordering Party, Depending On The Availability Of Personnel In The Month Of Delivery. 3) The Equipment And Equipment Will Be Delivered At The Cost And Risk Of The Contractor. Indicated By The Employer. The Contracting Authority Allows Balance Offers. Whenever The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contains Trademarks, Names And Symbols Of Manufacturers, It Should Be Understood As An Equivalent Product With The Given Quality Or Higher. The Equivalent Product Proposed By The Contractor Should Meet At Least Those Parameters That Were Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For The Submission Of Variant Offers. 5. The Contracting Authority Allows You To Submit Partial Offers For Any Number Of Parts. 6. The Contracting Authority Does Not Limit The Number Of Part Of The Order That Can Be Granted To One Contractor. 7. The Employer Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Granting Free -Hand Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Act. 8. The Contracting Authority Will Not Choose The Best Offer Using Electronic Auction Or Negotiations. 9. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require Submitting An Offer In The Form Of Electronic Catalogs And Attaching Electronic Catalogs.
