The Present Public Procurement Is Awarded In The Implementation Of § 1, Para. 1 Of The Transitional And Final Provisions Of Decision No. 502 Of July 18, 2024 Of The Council Of Ministers Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, For The Award Of Bulgarian Posts Ead Of A Service Of Common Economic Interest - Exchange Of Banknotes And Coins From Bgn In Euro, Through Post Office On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. At The Date Of Opening Of This Public Procurement, No Funding Is Provided, In Connection With Which The Provision Of Article 114 Of The Public Procurement Act Is Applicable.
