Tenders Are Invited For Organizing And Managing The Seasonal Paid Parking Zone (Sspp) And Paid Parking Lots (Pp) In The City Of Giżycko In The Period Iv-Ix 2025

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Service Consisting In Organizing And Administering A Seasonal Paid Parking Zone (Sspp) And Paid City Parking Lots (Pp) In The City Of Giżycko Within The Iv-Ix 2025. Whenever The Swz Is Mentioned In The Paid Parking Zone Or Seasonal Parking Zone This Should Be Interpreted Directly In Relation To The Act On Public Roads (I.E. From 2024, Item 320, As Amended). The Order Will Be Carried Out Based On The Resolution Of The City Council In Giżycko No. Xl/76/2024 Of November 21, 2024 On Amendment Of Resolution No. Xxii/15/2020 Of The City Council In Giżycko Regarding The Determination Of The Seasonal Paid Parking Zone, Rates Of Parking Fees Motor Vehicles On Public Roads In The Paid Parking Zone, The Amount Of The Additional Fee And How To Collect Them, Changed By Resolution Of The City Council In Giżycko No. Lx/35/2022 Of 30 March 2022 And A Resolution Of The City Council In Giżycko No. Lxxx/23/2023 Of 1 March 2023), And Ordinance Of The Mayor Of The City No. 587/2021 Of April 9, 2021 (Amended By Ordinance No. 1141/2023) Determining The Area And Principles Of Functioning Of Paid City Parking Lots (Pp) In Giżycko. 450 Parking Spaces Are Included In Sspp In Giżycko And About 500. With Agreed And Approved Projects Of Temporary Traffic Organization,- Maintaining Horizontal And Vertical Marking In The Months Of Operation Of Sspp And Pp,- Equipment And Installation Before 30.04.2025 At The Expense Of The Contractor Not Less Than 26 Pieces Of Devices- Parking Equipment. All With The Option Of Payment In Cash, Payment Card And Blik. The Contractor Will Conclude A Contract And Cover The Cost Of A Settlement Agent Commission For Non -Cash Transactions. Parking Meters Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Order And After Its Completion Are The Ownership Of The Contractor,- Launching The Sspp And Pp Service Office (Because Sspp And Pp) Located At Ul. Warszawska 7 In Giżycko At The Premises Made Available By The Ordering Party By 14/04/2025, The Contractor Will Be Made Available After The Conclusion Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Registered Offenses And Payments Made As Well As Additional Lists From The Records Of Parking Subscriptions, As Well As The Centers From Parking Meters, - Employing Employees Of The Sspp And Pp Service Office As Well As Controllers For Sspp And Pp Controllers, - Creating A Website With Necessary Information For Drivers Using Sspp And Pp, - Charging Additional Fees For Not Paying A Parking Fee Or Exceeding The Paid Parking Time,- Charging Fees (Mobile Payments And Fees Made In Cash, Payment Card And Blik) For Parking In Sspp And Pp By Means Of Parking Meters In Accordance With Applicable Fees,- Sale All Types Of Subscription Cards Stationary At The Sspp Office And Remotely, Without Having To Visit The Sspp Office,- Transfer To The Contracting Authority, Revenues Downloaded By The Contractor,- Performing Photographic Documentation Confirming The Date And Parking Place,- Wri
