The Contract Aims To Delegation By Concession Of The Management Of The Following Component Activities Of The Sanitation Service, Provided At The Level Of The Localities That Make Up Zone 1 Of Smid Neamț: A) Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Household Waste And Similar Waste From Commercial Activities In The Industry And Institutions, Including Fragments Collected Separately; B) Sorting The Waste Of Paper, Cardboard, Metal, Plastic And Glass Collected Separately From The Municipal Waste To Sorting Stations, Including The Transport Of Residues Resulting From Sorting To Waste Deposits And/Or Energy Recovery Facilities. The Provision Of This Activity Involves The Operation Of The Piatra-Neamț Sorting Station; C) Aerobic Treatment Of Biodeșele Collected Separately In Composting Facilities, Including The Transport Of Residues To Waste Deposits And/Or To Energy Recovery Facilities. The Provision Of This Activity Involves The Operation Of The Piatra-Neamț Composting Station. Also, The Contract Aims To Delegate The Management Of The Following Services Related To The Sanitation Service, With A Low Degree Of Repeatability And Which Are Carried Out Occasionally, Provided At The Level Of The Localities That Make Up Zone 1 Of Smid Neamț: A) Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Waste From Waste. Housing, Generated By Interior And/Or External Rehabilitation And Rehabilitation Activities; B) Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Bulky Waste Including Mattresses And Furniture; C) Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Waste From Public Events; D) Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Abandoned Municipal Waste; E) Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Abandoned Waste From Construction Works. The Area Of Delegation Of The Management Of The Component Activities Of The Sanitation Service That Are The Subject Of The Delegation Contract Is Made Up Of The Territorial Radius Of The Localities That Make Up The Area 1 Of Collection From Smid Neamț, Respectively The Localities Mentioned In Point Ii.2.3 Execution Place.
