On The Basis Of The Proceedings, On The Principles Set Out Therein, The Contractor Undertakes: (1) To Provide The Employer 4 (In Words: Four) M3 Class Ii Buses, With A Length Of 09.00 To 12.5 M With Electric Drive. A Detailed Description, Equipment, Appearance And Parameters Of The Vehicle Have Been Set In Swz And In The Offer (Hereinafter: Buses), (2), Together With The Delivery, Transfer The Full Catalog Of Spare Parts To Buses (In Paper Form And On An Electronic Medium), (3) Carry Out Training For Employees Of The Employer, Responsible For Servicing Buses, And As A Result To Provide Authorization For Bus Warranty Repairs (Hereinafter: Service Training) And Conduct Training For The Employers Employees Responsible For Running Buses (Hereinafter: Usable Training), Whose Detailed Description, Whose Detailed Description, The Scope, Conditions Of The Place Of Carrying Out And The Duration Of The Site Were Determined In Swz; (4) Supply And Install Two Two -Speed Mobile Electric Bus Charging Stations With At Least 80 Kw. (3) Undertakes To Deliver And Install Two Two -Speed Mobile Electric Bus Charging Stations With A Power Of At Least 80 Kw. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Regarding All Elements Included In The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz - Opz. 1 The Public Procurement Procedure Is Conducted In An Open Tender, Pursuant To The Act Of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended) [Hereinafter Referred To As Pzp]. 2 The Contracting Authority Will Apply The Procedure Referred To In Art. 139 Para. 1 Pzp (I.E. The So -Called Inverted Procedure). 3.3 In Connection With The Application Of The Procedure Referred To In Art. 139 Para. 1 Pzp, The Ordering Party Does Not Require Submitting A Statement Referred To In Chapter X Point 12.2 Swz.
