Computer Servers - Purchase Of Servers For The Headquarters With Support For A Period Of 36 Months. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase For The Needs Of The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture (Hereinafter Referred To As The Employer) Factory New, Without Traces Of Use Or Damage 14 Pcs Of Computer Servers (Hereinafter Referred To As: It Hardware) With Management And Diagnostic Software (Hereinafter Referred To As : Software), Support And Warranty Service For A Period Of 36 Months, Meeting At Least The Parameters And Functionalities Described In Annex 1 To The Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Ppu) Together With Attachments Constituting Annex 7 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order (Hereinafter : Swz). 2 Piaseczno Indicated In The List Of Location Contained In Annex 3 To The Ppu. 3. The Contractor Will Provide, Install, Configure And Launch It Equipment With Software In Accordance With The Specification And While Ensuring At Least The Functionalities Referred To In Annex 1 To The Ppu, Including: 3.1 Will Provide The Ordering Party - On The Terms Set Out In Ppu And General License Conditions Software Manufacturer - The Right To Use (On A License) From The Software, Including Both In Whole And With Individual Elements Together With The Right To Use The Documentation Of The It Equipment Manufacturer And Software (Technical, User, Administrator); 3.2 Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Right To Unlimited During The Use Of The Software Together With Its Documentation In Accordance With Item 4.1 On The Basis Of A License, From The Date Of Signing Without Reservation By The Employer Of The Implementation Protocol, Including The License Document Issued By The It Equipment Manufacturer And Software Confirming The Right To Use By The Employer From The Software, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract And The General License Conditions Of The Manufacturer And Prepared In Polish (Or In English, As Long As The Polish Language Version Does Not Exist) The Content Of The Manufacturers License Conditions And The General Conditions For The Use Of Software; 3.3 Will Perform And Carry Out The Implementation In Accordance With The Provisions In § 5 Para. 6 Ppu; 3.4 Will Conduct Instruction For Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Ppu Conditions. 4. The Contractor Will Provide The Employer With A Warranty Service For It Equipment With The Software For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing Without Reservation By The Ordering Party Of The Implementation Protocol, Including Provided The Provision Of Manufacturers Support (Service Care) By Issuing An Appropriate Document To The Ordering Party, Confirming The Right To Access To Support Manufacturer In The Abovementioned Period, In Accordance With The Manufacturers General Conditions. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Takes Place On The Terms And Rules Set Out In The Ppu Together With The Attachments Constituting Annex 7 To Swz And General Conditions
