Arrangements for Transportation: The Irrigation Department will provide transportation for all participating vendors from the Director of Irrigation Office in Anuradhapura to the particular reservoir site and bring them back to the Director of Irrigation Office in Anuradhapura. . Invitation to Participate : Potential vendors are invited to express their willingness to participate in this field visit. Participants will study existing conditions to propose method statements, conceptual drawings, and cost estimates necessary for finalizing provisional sum items within our Bills of Quantities. Interested vendors must express their interest in participating in the field visit and submissions may include your preliminary concepts or questions that may have regarding this RFI by writing directly to the address given under Item 6: iv. Submission of Requirements of the Post-Visit After the completion of the site visits, each vendor must submit their concept sketches, drawings tailored specifically for each type of structure (spill, sluice, etc), and approximate cost estimates for installation of the items specified above to fulfill the requirements.
