Passenger Transport Act (Pbefg) And The Ordinance On The Operation Of Motor Vehicles In Passenger Transport (Bo-Kraft) And Operates On-Demand Traffic In Its Own Name Under Its Own Responsibility And On Your Own Account. The Contractor Becomes A Contractual Partner Of Passengers. The Contractor Is Responsible For Safe And Proper Management. In Addition To The Planned Line Traffic Services, Automated On-Demand Traffic Should Be Increasingly Offered To Individualized Supplementary Offers.
