The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction And Executive Design Documentation And Construction And Assembly Works For The Task: Modernization Of Gpz Toruń Południe In The Formula Design And Build, On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Implement The Construction In Terms Of Both Formal And Legal And Technical Terms And Implementation Works In Accordance With This Design Documentation. The Detachment Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 12 To Swz-Functional And Utility Program And Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Project Documentation And Construction Works (Hereinafter: Stwyodpirb) The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Guidelines Indicated In This Documentation (Attachment No. 16 To Swz) And Instructions And Constituting Attachments To Swz Standards (Annex 17 To Swz) And The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 14 To Swz). 3. The Investment Intention And The Order Of Implementation Of Works: 3.1. Stage I-Execution Of Construction And Performance Design Documentation, Also Called Project Documentation Or Documentation; : 3.2. Stage Ii-Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works. 4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Make, Among Others Purchase And Replacement Of The Sn Switchgear. The Dismantled Materials Should Be Donated In Accordance With Annex 1 To Stwodpirb. 5. The Contractor Will Grant The Employer A Guarantee On The Conditions Described In Annex 14 To Swz.
