1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Renovation Of The Kindergarten Building No. 237 At Ul. Tyszkiewicza 33 In Warsaw. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others, The Following Construction Works Regarding: A) Renovation Of The Nutrition Block Rooms (Rooms Covered By The Scope Of The Study In Accordance With The Graphic Part), B) Equipment Of The Nutrition Block Rooms With New Devices, C) Replacement Of Sanitary And Electrical Installations In The Area Rooms Covered By The Study, D) Replacement Of Two Kitchen Freight Cranes With Renovation Of Elevator Shafts, E) Installation Of New Air Conditioning:- Basement: Pom. Vegetable Peeling Plays, Vegetable Warehouse, Pom. Social/Cloakroom; - Ground Floor: Washing Room, Pom. Economic Manager, Secretariat And Pom. Director; - 1St Floor: Switchgear, Washable, Kitchen And Food Warehouse. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Scope Of Work And Requirements Regarding The Performance And Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: 3.1. Design Documentation, Constituting Annex 10 To Swz: A) Technical Design - Executive In The Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Industry, B) Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, C) Bill Of Quantities Used For Information Purposes, 3.2. The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Called The Contract Template - Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.4. The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For Excluding The Object From The Functioning Of The Holiday Period (July - August). When Performing Works, The Smallest Nuisance Of Works And Deliveries Should Be Ensured, Both In The Entrances To The Building And Adjacent Areas. 5. Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Person Did Not Divide This Order Into Parts Because Such A Division Would Threaten Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Performing The Contract. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Carrying Out Individual Parts Of The Order Could Threaten The Proper Performance Of The Contract, Because The Subject Of The Contract Is Homogeneous And It Is Not Possible To Separate Its Part. At The Same Time, The Warranty Granted After The Works Will Apply To The Entire Scope Of Work. In Addition, The Value Of The Awarded Order Indicates That The Contractors From The Micro, Small And Medium -Sized Enterprise Sector May Apply For It. 6. Pursuant To The Content Of § 3 Para. 2 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Policy For His Business On The Sum Of Insurance Not Less Than Pln 500,000.00 (In Words: Five Hundred Thousand Pln 00/100), Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Which Will Include His Contractual Liability As And Tort. 7.
