1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Contractor To Perform Ongoing Maintenance, Measurements And Repairs Of Electrical Installations And Equipment At The Eco-Region Plant/Installation In Gotartów, Commune Kluczbork.2) The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Technical Consultancy By The Contractor (Within The Time Limit Specified By The Employer) In The Scope Of: A. Improving The State Of Maintenance And Use Of Facilities Covered By The Subject Of The Contract; B. Operation, Construction And Expansion Of Electrical Installations As Well As The Foundation Of Machines And Devices; C. Assessment Of Technical States Of Operated Equipment And Electrical Installations; D. Analysis And Consulting In The Field Of Electricity Savings And Ongoing Control Of Minimization Of Fees Due To Reactive And Capacitive Energy And Preventing Their Growth. 3) The Subject Of The Contract Obliges The Contractor To Prepare And Present The Ordering Documents To The Contracting Authority From The Maintenance And Measurement Of Electrical Installations And Measurements Made In A Given Calendar Month.
