As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To: A) The Delivery Of The Medical Apparatus Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Documents Required In Swz To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, B) Assembly Of The Medical Apparatus In The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority, C) Installation And Launch Of Medical Apparatus And Confirmation Efficiency Of The Supplied Devices, D) Disassembly Of The Existing X-Ray Apparatus With Equipment, Along With The Delivery Of Relevant Documents, E) Performing The Room Adaptation, F) Preparation Of Technical Documentation In The Field Of Radiological Protection For The Diagnostics Laboratory Of Imaging Diagnostics Of The Pop Cp-L In Lublin, Required For Obtaining Consistent Permits With Applicable Law, G) Submitting An Application To Pwis For Permission To Start And Apply Equipment And Permission To Start An X -Ray, In Which The Camera Will Be Installed, H) Conducting Instruction Of The Employer Personnel In The Field Of Operation And Rational Operation Of The Provided Medical Apparatus, I) Delivery Together With Medical Equipment Of The Operating Instructions In Polish In Electronic And Paper Versions, Warranty Cards, Technical Documentation Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Apparatus, Rules For The Provision Of Services By An Authorized Service In Post -Warranty Period, A List Of Useful Materials Used In The Current Operation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Other Documentation Required By Law, Implementation Of The Other Conditions Set Out In Swz.
