The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of A Factory New Sn/Nn Transformer With 800Kw In A Prefabricated, Concrete Housing, Painted In Color From The Ral Palette Along With The Foundation And Obtaining Administrative Consents (The Investment Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Application Referred To In Art. 30 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Of The Construction Law - I.E. The Color Will Be Chosen By The Employer From The Colors Proposed By The Contractor At The Stage Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Delivered Station Be Equipped With Elements Enabling It To Be Moved To Any Place, According To The Needs Of The Employer. The Employer Informs That The External Dimensions Of The Station Given In The Project Documentation Are Illustrative. The Permissible Tolerance Is ± 10% In Relation To The Indicated Parameters.
