The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Contained In Annex I.6 To Swz. 5. The Contractor Will Grant: 1) A Warranty For A Period Of At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Work Acceptance Report And 2) Warranty For The Period Exceeding The Warranty By 6 Months3) Warranty For The Greenery Of 12 Months. Note: Additional Warranty For Works (Elongation Period Warranty) Is Subject To Scoring In Accordance With The Criteria For Evaluation Of The Offers Specified In Point 30.2. Swz.7. The Employer Informs That They May Appear In Swz Together With The Attachments Of The Indications Of Customary Names, Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, Photos In The Described Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Serve Only To Determine Visual, Technical And Quality Features. Used In Swz Together With Attachments Of Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Should Be Treated As Examples - The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Products (Materials, Equipment) Equivalent. A Product Is Considered An Equivalent Product That Will Have The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As A Specific Product Indicated In Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of The Equivalent Product Cannot Be Worse Than The Order Described In The Subject Of The Order, It Cannot In Any Way Reduce The Stand
