1 The Detailed Scope Of The Contract And The Conditions Of Implementation Are Specified In The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, A Predetermination Of Works And Project Documentation Constituting Annex 11 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Called In The Further Content Of Swz. Other Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.3. Pursuant To Art. 100 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320) And Art. 4 Of The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Availability Of People With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1411). The Employer Requires The Contractor To Take Up All Its Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order Taking Into Account The Rules Of Accessibility For People With Special Needs. This Applies In Particular To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Guidelines In The Field Of Non -Discrimination Of Persons With Special Needs And Implementation Of Works, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Architectural Availability Recorded In The Project Documentation. 4. Subcontracting: 1) The Contracting Authority Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform In Person By The Contractor With Key Tasks Regarding The Order, 2) The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Contract, Under The Conditions Specified In Annex 4 To Swz (Draft Contract), 3) The Contracting Authority Requests The Contractor To Indicate By The Contractor , In The Offer, Part Of The Contract, Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Providing The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known, 4) Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Contract To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability For The Proper Performance Of This Order, 5) Detailed Requirements For Subcontracting Have Been Specified In Annex 4 To Swz (Contract Draft). 5.
