The Subject Of The Contract Includes Partial Repairs Of Roads And Pavements With Pavement Of Concrete, Paving Cubes, Paving Tiles And Hole Plates By Dismantling A Sunken/Damaged Surface, Replacement Of The Foundation For A New One And Re -Reproduction Of The Surface, Calculated In M2 Of Renovated Pavement On Pavements And Municipal And Internal Roads On Municipal And Internal Roads The Area Of The Sandomierz Commune. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: Detailed Technical Specification (Sst), Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz (Technical Documentation) And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz. The Submission Of The Main Construction Works Was Given In The Bill Of Quantities Robot. Above The Statements (Individual Plants) Are Only An Auxiliary In The Valuation Of The Value Of Works By The Contractor. The Answers Given At The Stage Of The Proceedings Are An Integral Part Of Swz. Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Explaining.
