Tenders Are Invited For Adaptation Of Kindergarten Rooms In The School And Preschool Complex In Witanowice For A Nursery Room As Part Of The Development Program For Child Care Institutions Up To 3 Toddler+ 2022 - 2029

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Kindergarten Rooms In The Building Of The School And Preschool Complex In Witanowice Together With The Construction Of The Installation And The Change In Use To The Functions Of The Nursery. 2. The Zsp Building Is An Existing Object With A Complex Form And A Spatial System, Which Is The Result Of Many Separate Processes Of Expansion, Demolitions And Reconstruction Of The Last Few Decades. The Planned Investment Does Not Interfere In The Form Of A Building, It Is Limited To Rooms Located In Its West Wing. 3. In The West Wing Of The Zsp Building, At The Ground Floor Level, Housed Two Ward Kindergarten. In Its Place A Nursery Is Designed Using Existing Playrooms And Neighboring Rooms. The Entrance To The Designed Nursery Remains Unchanged From The North, Leading To The Corridor, From Which They Are Distributed To Such Rooms As A Playroom, Cloakroom And Social Part With A Set Of Sanitary Rooms. The Cloakroom Is Connected Directly To Two Playrooms And Has An Additional Exit To The School Part, Towards The Output. In Between Play Rooms, A Common Sanitary Node For Children Is Designed. Other Rooms Of The School Building Remain Without Exchange. The Fire Conditions Of The Building Remain Unchanged. 4. Surfaces, Gross Volume Height And Number Of Floors Of The Planned Nursery. 4.1 Usable Area: 150.33 M2.4.2 Internal Area: 163.10 M2.4.3 Height: The Height Of The Floor In The Part Intended For A 3.25 M Nursery - The Nursery Is In The School Building Qualified As A Low Building4.4 Number Of Floors Of The Nursery - 1 Above -Ground4.5 Cubature Of Nursery Fire Zone: 530 M2.5.
