1 13 And 13A, Land Development Project And Profiles, 2) A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 11 To Swz, 3) Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex 8 And 8A To Swz, 4) Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex 10 And 10A To Swz, 5) A Statement Of Collector Sections For Implementation, Constituting Annexes 13 To Swz.6) The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Specified In The Attachments To Swz - Project Documentation, Legens Of Works And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 7) Additional Requirements In Relation To The Subject Of The Contract: A) The Contractor Will Bear The Costs Of Using The Area During Works, Maintaining The Construction Site, The Adjacent Area And Restoring The Area To The Original State, As Well As The Costs Of Adapting To The Other Requirements Set Out In Swz. B) The Contractor, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Is Obliged To Present A Waste Transfer Card For Utilization, Including Debris And Land From Excavations Or Present Another Document For Their Reuse Or Recycling. C) The Costs Of The Activities Listed Above Are Considered To Be Valued By The Contractor, Included In The Price Of The Offer And Not Subject To Separate Payment.
