1. The Subject Of The Contract The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Development Of The Park At The Main Building Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology, In The Area Of Plot No. 403, Precinct No. 055 At Ul. Traugutt In Gdańsk. The Investment Aims To Revitalize And Modernize Public Space By Performing The Following Works: 1.1. Construction, Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Pavement: Pavements, Walking And Bicycle Paths, Service Road And Field Stairs. 1.2. Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Such As Benches, Waste Baskets, Bicycle Racks And Additional Park Equipment. Installation Of Two Entrance Gates In The Fence From Ul. Traugutta.1.3. Modernization Of The Park Lighting System And Reconstruction Of Electrical Installations. 1.4. Works Related To The Protection Of Existing Greenery, Including The Protection Of Trees And The Implementation Of New Plant Plantings And The Establishment Of Lawns. 1.5. Renovation And Modernization Of Retaining Walls As Well As Repair And Insulation Of Illuminating Wells. 1.6. Replacement And Modernization Of Sanitary Infrastructure, Including Water And Sewage Networks. 1.7. Demolition Of The Warehouse Building. 1.8. Ensuring The Required As -Built Documentation, End Tests And Acceptance. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 6 To Swz.3. Failure Of Works. The Employer, Together With Swz, Provides A Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantity Is In The Documentation File Constituting Annex 5 To Swz. Note: The Bill Of Quantities Is Transferred Only To Facilitate The Calculation Of The Offer Price And Drawing Up An Offer Cost Estimate, Does Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 6, Design Studies And Stwiorb. The Documents Can Be Found In The Folder Being Annex 5 To Swz Called Documentation. The Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party Specifies The Subject Of The Contract And Gives The Contractors Full Knowledge Of The Order In A Way That Allows You To Submit A Complete Offer. In The Event Of A Discrepancy Between Opz, Construction And Executive Design Documentation And Stwiorb, The Employer Should Be Submitted By Questioning The Explanation Of Doubts. The Contracting Authority Will Indicate The Method Of Further Proceedings. The Architectural Executive Design Should Be Considered Together With Industry Projects. 5. The Contracting Authority Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts In The Said Procedure And Does Not Allow Partial Offers. 6. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Included In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 3 To Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Process The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Contract Template. 7.
