1) The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) Disassembly And Utilization Of The Existing Ups Ecopower Dpa Wardrobe Confirmed By Receipt And Document From The Devices Utilization, B) Delivery, Assembly, Installation And Launch Of A Three-Phase Ups Power Supply, C) Connecting The Supplied Ups For The Ready Installation Functioning U Ordering Party (Specified In Annex 1 To The Agreement), D) Performing As-Built Measurements And As-Built Documentation. The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To The Contract. 3) The Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract Is 36 Months, Calculated From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report. The Contractor In The Period Of Warranty, In The Event Of A Defect/Fault/Failure, Is Obliged To Take Action To Remove It Within A Minimum Of 72 Hours, From Reporting By The Ordering Party4) A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.
