The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Consisting In The Performance Of Compensation Plantings Of 948 Pieces Of Trees/Shrubs From The Plant Material, Based On The Obtained Administrative Decision, Together With Care In The Warranty Period. The Set Of The Contract Is Described In Annex 2 To Swz.2. Miejsce Realizacji Przedmiotu Zamówienia: Działka Geodezyjna Nr 163/8, Obręb Antonowo, Plac Ćwiczeń Pierkunowo.3. The Contractor Will Guarantee The Products Delivered For The Period: Minimum 36 - Maximum 42 Months/Months From The Date Of Correctly Performed Plant/Shrub Planting Service (Final Protocol). 4. The Required Date Of The Contract With Obtaining A Material Effect: - Planting: Until 12.05.2025, - Care Of Trees/Shrubs: Min 36 Months, Max. 42 Months, In Accordance With The Contract.
