The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A One -Day Conference For No More Than: 200 People Entitled Time For Changes, Or How To Generate Innovative Ideas. The Aim Of The Conference Is To Present Directions Of Activities Planned For Implementation By The Silesian Entrepreneurship Center Under The Fesl 2021-2027. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Included In Annex 2 To Swz. The Designated Provisions Of The Contract On The Above Public Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract , Are In Annex 3 To The Swzobobie For The Contractor Will Ensure That The Conference Is Available To People With Various Types Of Disability. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Ensure Accessibility For People With The Following Types Of Disability: A) Visual (E.G. Assistant, Blind Guide); B) Auditory (E.G. Sign Language Translator Or Induction Loop Or Fm System); C) Motor (E.G. Assistant To Disposal Of A Person With Disabilities). 7. Movies Prepared In Variants: A) Containing Extended Inscriptions; B) Audio Description. 8. All Promotional Materials Must Meet The Requirement Of Wcag 2.1 At A Minimum Level Of Aa.9. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Conference Be Organized In A Way That Enables People With Disabilities To Participate: • All Rooms Must Be Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities And Have Adequate Infrastructure, Including At Least 1 Toilet For People With Disabilities. 10. The Arrangement Of Dishes In The Served Catering Should Provide Easy Access To Portions, Also For People With Disabilities.
