Tenders Are Invited For Development And Implementation Of Project And Cost Documentation For The Task Entitled: Expansion Of Sanitary Sewage System In Brzezna

4.3. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Developing Project And Costing Documentation For The Purposes Of Building A Sanitary Sewage System In Brzezna. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of A Multi -Branch Design Documentation Project, Authority Supervision And Obtaining All Other Necessary Decisions, Permits, Opinions And Arrangements On Behalf Of And For The Contracting Authority. The Approximate Length Of The Designed Sanitary Sewage Network Is About 3 Km. The Exact Length Will Result From The Design Documentation Made. On The Route Of The Designed Sewage Network There Are:  Municipal Roads,  Private Lands Green Areas 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Consisting In The Development Of Project And Cost -Cost Documentation For The Development Of Gravity Sanitary Sewage System Together With Elements Of Sewage System Pressure And Sewage Pumping Station In Brzezna In The Municipality Of Podegrodzie. Sanitary Sewage Network Sections Should Be Designed According To The Contracting Authoritys Guidelines. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Project Documentation Of The Sewage Network, Which Is The Basis For Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of Lack Of Grounds To Object To The Implementation Of Construction Works. 3. For The Designed Infrastructure And Selecting The Contractor Of Construction Works, Which Should Be Developed In A Manner Enabling The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 99 - 103 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320). 4. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To:  Draw Up The Concept Of Building A Sanitary Sewage System,  Obtaining Maps For Design Purposes,  Obtaining The Consents Of The Property Owners,  Drawing Up A Construction Project Together With All Necessary Opinions, Consents, Arrangements And Permits,  Drawing Up Geotechnical Conditions For Foundation /Geological Documentation - If Required,  Preparation Of Projects: Land Development, Architectural And Construction And Technical In All Industries,  Geodetic Service. 5. The Contractor Will Develop And Deliver As Part Of This Order Project Documentation Containing The Following Elements:  Project Concept In The 2Nd Of 11 Copies Of 5 Copies Of Multi -Branch Executive Construction Documentation Developed In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020, On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project (Journal Of Laws Of 2022 No. 1679), The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Standards. The Above Documentation Should Be Obtained By A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Grounds For An Objection To Start Construction Works.
