The Supplied Clothing Must Be In Line With Ordinance No. 107/2024 Of The General Director Of The State Forests Of August 23, 2024 On Technical And Technological Documentation Of Selected Elements Of Forester Uniforms According To The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of 19 December 2017. On The Designs Of Forester Uniforms And Signs For Persons Authorized To Wear Them. The Regulations Referred To In This Item Together With The Attachments Constitute Annex 9 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Availability Of Each Range Described In Para. 2 Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, In Each Possible Size, In Accordance With Technical Documentation, Including The Possibility Of Delivery Of Assortments In Unusual Sizes If Technical Documentation Provides Them. Deliveries Of Unusual Sizes (Requiring Adaptation To The Users Silhouette) Will Be Implemented In The Absence Of An Assortment In Typical Sizes. 4. The Contractor Will Ensure The Possibility Of Cashless Acceptance Of The Assortment By Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party At The Distribution Point Referred To In Para. 5 Or By Mail Order, Providing Free Shipping And A Possible Return Based On Orders Placed At A Point Or In The Form Of An E-Mail.
