The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In Developing Project Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Road Bridge (Jni 01025504, Municipal Road 113409D) On The Bóbr River Along Lwówecka Street In Jelenia Góra Along With Obtaining The Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Required By Law Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Member Of The Construction Is Carried Out. As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Preparation Of Tasks - Preparing Documentation To Obtain External Funds. A Local Spatial Development Plan Applies - Resolution No. 135.Xvii.2011 Of The Jelenia Góra City Council Of September 6, 2011. On The Adoption Of The Local Spatial Development Plan For The Area Of Jana Pawła Ii - Grunwaldzka In Jelenia Góra (Journal Of Laws Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship Of 2011 No. 224, Item 3848 Of 2 November 2011). It Includes, Among Others Development Of Project Documentation Containing: 1) Demolition Project Of An Existing Object With The Following Parameters:- Length: 30.30 M- Width: 3.80 M- Space: 32) Recognition Of Geotechnical Conditions Of The Ground Substrate; 3) Project To Build A New Bridge Facility Together With Access (Sections Of A Municipal Road With Lengths Of About 90M And 245M). At The Bridge Facility, A Pavement Cap For Pedestrian Traffic And Brd Devices (Elastic Barriers, Barrier -Handed And Balustrades) Should Be Designed. At The Facility And Access, Street Lighting Should Be Designed Along With A New Lighting Control Wardrobe; 4) A Drainage Project Of The Road Lane (Access) And Bridge Facility. 2. The Contractor, In Consultation With The Faculty Of Real Estate And Real Estate Of The City Hall, Will Design A State Geodetic Warp At The Facility, Which Will Include In The Documentation Referred To In Point 1.3. The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Is Obliged To Carry Out The Procedure For Assessing The Impact Of The Project On The Environment And Obtain An Appropriate Decision (If Required) With Environmental Conditions In Accordance With Art. 61 And 71 Of The Act Of 03.10.2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (I.E.
