Tenders Are Invited For Making A Replacement Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Kindergarten In Terms Of Changing Part Of The Rooms To A Nursery At Ul. Kwiatowa In Domasław
The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of A Replacement Project Documentation For The Construction Of A Kindergarten In Terms Of Changing Part Of The Rooms To A Nursery At Ul. Kwiatowa In Domasław, Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Water Supply Connection And The Indesitation Of The Area Made By Primtech Szymon Kita On Plots No. 331 And 196 In Domasław, Along With Obtaining A Replacement Building Permit. As Part Of The Project Documentation, The Contractor Will Perform A Multi -Branch Replacement Construction And Executive Project And Obtain All The Necessary Opinions, Technical Conditions, Decisions, Arrangements And Permits (Including Building Permit), Enabling The Implementation Of The Task And Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And The Terms Of The Order. Changes In The Documentation Include:- Changing The Use Of 1 Kindergarten Block To A Nursery Together With The Separation Of A Nursery In The Facility Of The Administrative And Office Rooms;- An Additional Playground For Nursery Children;- Adding The Designed Infrastructure For The Needs Of Children Attending The Nursery. Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works On The Principles Set Out In A Separate Contract. 3.
