The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Comprehensive Legal Service Of Organizational Units Of The Ordering Party And Units Served By The Employer (Approx. 122 Educational And Educational Units) Provided Within The Meaning Of And Pursuant To The Provisions Of The Act Of 26 May 1982 Law On Bar (Journal Of Laws 2024 Item 1564, I.E. In The Scope Of Polish Law, In Order To Protect The Interests Of The Ordering Party And Units He Serves. The Concise Substantive Range Of Organizational Units Corresponds To The Scope Of The Tasks Of The Abovementioned Organizational Units In Accordance With The Organizational Regulations Of The Shared Services Center In Katowice, Adopted By Ordinance No. 1/2017 Of The Director Of The Service Service Center With Subsequent Changes. Orders Are Included In Annex 8 To Swz.
