B) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Permanent Service To The Employer, 24 Hours A Day, Consisting Of: Service Of Telephone Exchange, Porters Service, Parking Service, Comprehensive Protection Of Facilities, Securing Property Against Criminal Activities, In Particular Against Theft, Burglaries And Other Forms Of Removing Property Outside The Controlled Zone, Undertaking Necessary Interventions In The Event Of A Threat To People And Property, Ensuring The Safety Of Employees And Persons In The Facilities, Interventions In The Case Of Persons Disturbing Order. In The Case Of Employment Of Employees Who Do Not Have The Right To Use Direct Coercion Measures, The Contracting Authority Obliges The Contractor To Call Patrol And Intervention Crews, Immediately Informing The Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Person About All Events In The Facilities, Exercising Continuous Supervision (Protection) Consisting Of 24 -Hour Monitoring Of The Local Alarm System Of Facilities , Taking Over Alarm Signals. In The Event Of An Alarm, Operation In Accordance With The Attached Procedure Annex 4, The Employer Will Provide The Contractor Of The Electronic Monitoring Devices, Including Cctv And Fire. (In The Field Of Fire Protection Panel, The Employer Will Provide Training) Objects Owned By The Ordering Party. Contractor Employees Are Required To Undergo Fire Protection. And Evacuation Procedures, At The Latest Within 7 Days From The Moment Of Work. The Contracting Authority After Prior Agreement Allows The Contractor To Be Installed By The Contractor Monitoring Installation. Objecting Other Instructions Of The Hospital Board Or Appointed Person, Related To The Implementation Of The Tasks Of Security Services. Later As 15 Minutes After The Contractors Information About The Event. In The Absence Of Their Own Patrol And Intervention Crews, The Employer Allows The Contractor To Conclude A Contract With An External Company With Appropriate Permissions.
